The Alchemy Fair is held at multiple locations and as such table pricing may vary. This is due to the variation in overhead for the venue.
All reservations are on a first paid - first served basis.
Reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation.
All reservations must be submitted before the start of the event.
All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be "rolled over" to an upcoming fair.
The registration fee covers a single space or table depending on event. The fee must be paid by purchasing the Ticket with the table number you wish to reserve thru AlchemyFair.com
Multiple table reservations / Table sharing
Any vendor may, if they wish, reserve multiple tables or spaces by purchasing the tickets for those tables.
Smaller vendors or psychic readers that do not require the full space are permitted to table share or split the table with another. The table must still be reserved by a single vendor. Alchemy Fair Director must approve any table sharing prior to the event.
Release and Indemnity agreement
All vendors must submit the release and indemnity form thru AlchemyFair.com. Prior to the start of any Alchemy Fair event.
Vendors are responsible for any damage to property that occurs at their space or that they or anyone they bring cause.
Entrance and load areas vary between events. Refer to Vendor information for each individual event.
Set up time will very based on venue. Typically setup starts at 8:00 am. Specific instructions are emailed to vendors.
All vendors must arrive before event is opened to public. Any late arrivals will forfeit their space.
Some venues provide tables and chairs, other do not. Be prepared to bring your own table if the event requires it.
Vendors are responsible for the complete setup of their area.
All booths must be contained within their reserved area.
Booths that extend outside their reserved area are subject to a minimum $25 fee.
Vendors shall be respectful of all other spaces.
Vendors are responsible for the full tear down of their reserved space after the conclusion of the event.
Spaces must be returned to the state they were in prior to vendor leaving the fair.
If table(s) were provided, leave them where you found them.
Any and all trash created by the vendor must be removed by the vendor.
To ensure the safety of everyone at the Alchemy Fair the following requirements are in place:
Lit Candles, lit Incense and/or open flames are not permitted.
No booth shall encroach on any designated walk path.
Cords shall not be placed over any walking path.
No booths shall block or impede any doorway or entrance way.
Nothing can be affixed to the wall of the venue.
The Alchemy Fair will follow any and all requirements set down by the local Municipality or Health Department. As well as any in place by the venue. Failure to do so will result in vendor removal from event and possible future events.
Failure to adhere to Alchemy Fair Terms and Conditions can result in forfeiture of fair membership
