Event Registration

All table reservations are on a first paid - first served basis.

All table reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation.

All table reservations must be submitted before the start of the event.

All table reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be "rolled over to another fair."

Table Reservation Fee
The table reservation fee covers a single table. The table is 8' x 30" with two chairs (provided and placed by the arena) and there is roughly 3 feet behind the table for vendor movement. The fee must be paid by purchasing the table number you wish to reserve thru AlchemyFair.com. If you do not see the specific table (number) that you wish to reserve, that table is unavailable.

Multiple Table Reservations & Table Sharing
Any vendor may, if they wish, reserve multiple tables or spaces by purchasing the tickets for those tables.​
Smaller vendors or psychic readers that do not require the full space are permitted to table share or split the table with another. The table must still be reserved by a single vendor.​ Alchemy Fair Director must approve any table sharing prior to the event.

Release and Indemnity Agreement
All vendors must submit the release and indemnity form thru AlchemyFair.com prior to the start of any Alchemy Fair event.​
Vendors are responsible for any damage to property that occurs at their space that they or anyone they bring cause.
​
Set Up
Typically setup starts at 8:00 am.
Specific instructions are emailed to vendors directly.​
All vendors must arrive before event is opened to public.
Anyone who does not arrive 30 minutes prior to the event forfeits their space.​
An 8' by 30" table is provided with 2 chairs.
These tables and chairs cannot be moved from the arena approved placement for fire code and ingress/egress reasons.

Tear Down
Vendors are responsible for the full tear down of their reserved space after the conclusion of the event.

Spaces must be returned to the state they were prior to the vendor arriving at the fair. ​

Any and all trash created by the vendor must be removed by the vendor.

You pack it in, you pack it out. Leave no trace. That sort of thing, sasquatch.
Safety
To ensure the safety of everyone at the Alchemy Fair the following requirements are in place:

Open flames are absolutely not permitted. No lit candles, no incense, no sage. - Smokey the Bear.

No booth shall encroach on any designated walk path.

Cords shall not be placed over any walking path.
-
No booths shall block or impede any doorway or entrance way.

Nothing can be affixed to the wall of the venue.

Failure to adhere to Alchemy Fair Terms and Conditions can result in forfeiture of fair participation.
